Bam Margera Seeks More Time with Son

Bam Margera has filed court documents requesting a modification to the existing custody order for his son, Phoenix Margera, aged 9. Margera currently experiences limited weekend visits, totaling four hours, along with several weekly FaceTime calls. He believes this restricted contact prevents him from fully engaging in his son's life.

Margera is advocating for joint legal custody, aiming to slowly reintegrate into Phoenix's life in a more substantial way. He asserts his sobriety and has had no issues during supervised visits, indicating he feels supervision is no longer necessary and hinders their relationship. He also wishes to introduce his wife, Dannii Marie, to Phoenix appropriately.

Last year, Nicole Boyd was granted temporary custody during a period of Margera's addiction struggles. This followed his previous run-ins with law enforcement and a psychiatric hold. Margera has since achieved sobriety and is reportedly involved in future "Jackass" projects using archival footage.
