Balenciaga x Jung Kook: Stadium Styles Unveiled

Balenciaga has officially announced its collaboration with singer Jung Kook, unveiling five custom-designed looks for his recent Paris concerts on July 17 and 18. These creations were tailored to reflect the narrative arc of the ARIRANG World Tour's distinct acts, blending house codes with the demands of a large-scale performance.

The collection draws heavily from Pierpaolo Piccioli's Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 designs. For the opening act, Jung Kook sported a striking black leather silhouette, incorporating Balenciaga's signature Le City stud detailing as a unifying element across the stage outfits. Accessories like Venom Boots, Boomerang Cat Sunglasses, and BB Icon necklaces from the same collections reinforced a cohesive visual identity.

The concerts at the Stade de France set a new record for BTS, with attendance reaching 92,000 for each show, making them the largest single-show crowds in the band's history. This surpassed their previous engagement at the same venue seven years prior, which had approximately half the audience.

Notable attendees included French President Emmanuel Macron and Brigitte Macron, who shared a welcoming message from the venue. The atmosphere was described as powerfully joyous, highlighting the strong connection between the performers and their audience.
