Bachelor Alums Compete to Renovate Iconic Mansion for $100K Prize

In a unique crossover event, HGTV is set to host "Bachelor Mansion Takeover," a new reality show that will feature former Bachelorette stars as judges overseeing renovations of the iconic Bachelor mansion. Premiering in the coming weeks, the six-episode competition will see 12 contestants from across the Bachelor franchise swap their roses for paintbrushes and cocktail attire for overalls as they compete in weekly elimination challenges to transform the famous property.

Bachelorette alums Tayshia Adams and Tyler Cameron will serve as the lead judges, joined by a surprise guest judge each episode. The winner of the competition will receive a $100,000 cash prize. According to Warner Bros. Discovery's chief creative officer of U.S. networks, Howard Lee, the network is "welcoming fan favorites and memorable cast members from throughout Bachelor history to the HGTV family" for this first-of-its-kind event.

The Bachelor mansion, a central character in the long-running reality dating franchise, is set to receive a much-needed makeover through the creative efforts of the competing contestants. Viewers can expect to see the former Bachelor and Bachelorette stars put their renovation skills to the test as they vie for the grand prize and the chance to leave their mark on the iconic property.
