Mandated changes by the CBFC include the addition of crucial disclaimers concerning drug use and child trafficking. Anti-drug messages and an anti-smoking warning were superimposed throughout the movie.
Further edits involved toning down violence and shortening scenes depicting extreme violence. Obscene words in both audio and subtitles were also replaced, and a scene showing drug snorting was edited. The film is set to release on August 14, 2026.
