Awarapan 2 Roars: Rs 8.89 Cr Monday!

Awarapan 2 has demonstrated a remarkable box office performance, grossing Rs 8.89 crore on its first Monday, positioning it as the fourth-highest first Monday earner of 2026. This figure surpasses major Hindi releases like Welcome To The Jungle and Dhamaal 4, indicating a robust weekday audience.

The film's success is particularly noteworthy as it trails only major event films like Border 2, Dhurandhar: The Revenge, and Spider-Man: Brand New Day in first Monday collections. It signifies a strong theatrical interest that extends beyond nostalgia for the original and Emraan Hashmi's action persona.

This Monday performance marks a significant career milestone for Emraan Hashmi, bolstering his recent resurgence. With a healthy Rs 8.89 crore collected on the first post-weekend day, Awarapan 2 has established a strong platform for its crucial first week, with all eyes now on its performance through the rest of the week.
