Awarapan 2 Surges Ahead: Day 1 Advance Bookings Soar!

Emraan Hashmi's latest release, Awarapan 2, has achieved a remarkable feat in advance ticket sales, grossing 8.57 crore for its opening day. This figure represents a substantial 156% surge in the final 24 hours leading up to its release.

Nationwide, more than 2.85 lakh tickets were sold, indicating a strong audience anticipation for the action drama. Delhi and Maharashtra emerged as the top-performing regions, showcasing significant pre-release interest.

This robust advance booking performance positions Awarapan 2 as the third-highest grossing film for pre-sales in Bollywood for the year 2026. It ranks only behind Border 2 and Dhurandhar 2, outperforming other notable releases.

The film's strong opening in advance sales is particularly noteworthy as it faced a direct clash with Batwara 1947. Despite this competition, Awarapan 2 demonstrated dominant pre-sales figures, giving Sunny Deol's film a considerable challenge.
