Avant-Comedy Duo Announce First Tour Since 2019

After a six-year hiatus, the avant-comedy duo behind the hit series "On Cinema" have announced their highly anticipated "Certified Five Bags of Popcorn Tour." The tour, which marks the pair's first live performances since 2019, will kick off on March 21, 2025, in Chicago and wrap up on April 17, 2025, in Los Angeles.

The tour announcement comes in tandem with the Season 16 premiere of "On Cinema," which will be exclusively available on the HEI Network website. Since its debut in 2011, the show has evolved from a straightforward movie review program into a sprawling cinematic universe, with the comedians launching multiple spinoff series, including the Adult Swim action spy spoof "Decker" and the 2019 political parody "Mister America."

Fans of the duo's unique brand of avant-garde comedy can look forward to a must-see live experience as Heidecker and Turkington bring their cinematic universe to the stage. The general ticket sale for the tour is set to begin on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 10 a.m. local time.
