Autre Ne Veut: Anxiety's Raw Emotion Unveiled

Autre Ne Veut's second album, "Anxiety," marks a significant shift from his earlier, more experimental work. The artist, Arthur Ashin, delivers a collection that is both accessible and deeply emotional. The album masterfully combines memorable melodies with his signature erratic and ecstatic vocal delivery, creating a sound that is both jarring and therapeutic.

The record opens with "Play by Play," featuring a gospel-like build that showcases layered harmonies, creating immense impact. It contrasts with the closer, "World War," which dissolves into electronic static before a resigned duet. This cyclical structure, exploring the polarity of desire and disappointment, frames the album's exploration of emotional release and catharsis.
