British artist Emily Powell has turned her five-bedroom house in Brixham, Devon, into an immersive, floor-to-ceiling artwork, now listed for £2 million. Powell, 35, has meticulously hand-painted every surface, creating a cohesive "walk-in painting" that flows through the entire home. Each room is designed with specific color palettes to evoke emotions, featuring scenes from her life and personal memories.

The property sale includes not only the house itself but also 65 additional artworks and 20 pieces of painted furniture produced by Powell over the last decade. Having purchased the home with proceeds from her art, Powell views the house as a journey through her life. She plans to return every 10 years for touch-ups to preserve the extensive installation.

With public interest soaring, tickets for open-house tours sold out rapidly, attracting visitors globally. Powell is selling the house to preserve this significant chapter of her artistic career and begin anew.
