6 Mar
Summary
- Ariana Madix states her shared home is not currently listed for sale.
- Tom Sandoval previously announced the property was going on the market.
- The exes settled a two-year legal battle over the house in January 2024.

Reality television personality Ariana Madix has publicly stated that the house she co-owns with her ex-partner, Tom Sandoval, is not currently for sale. This clarification follows Sandoval's recent appearance on 'Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,' where he announced that Madix was planning to list their former shared residence. Madix, however, exclusively informed Us Weekly at the 37th Annual GLAAD Media Awards that the property has not yet been put on the market.
The former couple's legal battle over the five-bedroom house, purchased in 2019 for $2 million, spanned two years following their tumultuous split in March 2023. Madix initiated proceedings for a partition by sale in January 2024. A settlement was reached in January of this year, nearly three years after their relationship ended. This resolution is conditional upon the satisfactory completion of specified terms within a 30-day period.
Madix also shared insights into her future projects, mentioning upcoming episodes of the NBC sitcom 'St. Denis Medical' and expressing hope for another season of 'Love Island,' for which she hosted Season 6 in June 2024. She also offered encouragement to the 'Vanderpump Rules' cast as the show heads into its 13th season, with production slated to begin in April.
