Ariana Grande & Ethan Slater Split After 3 Years

Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater have reportedly ended their romantic relationship after nearly three years together.

A source confirmed to People that the breakup is amicable, stating the couple "are still friends and very supportive of one another." They have been quietly apart for several months, according to the source.

The pair met in late 2022 while filming Universal's two-part adaptation of the Broadway musical Wicked in the UK. Grande played Glinda, and Slater portrayed Boq.

Romantic rumors began in July 2023, shortly after Grande's separation from her then-husband Dalton Gomez and Slater's separation from his wife, Lilly Jay. The couple made their relationship Instagram official in November 2024.

Grande is currently dedicated to her 'Eternal Sunshine' tour, which began in Oakland, California, earlier this week. She is also preparing to release her eighth studio album, 'Petal,' on July 31. The album's lead single, "Hate That I Made You Love Me," topped the Billboard Hot 100.

Slater recently completed a run in the Off-Broadway play 'Marcel on the Train' in New York City. The production ran from February to March of this year. In March, Grande congratulated Slater on the show's success via Instagram.
