Music rights organization APRA AMCOS has revealed the finalists for its 2026 Professional Development Awards (PDAs). This initiative aims to support emerging talent across various music genres. Finalists include pop artist Annie Hamilton, rocker Queenie, and hip-hop group JJ4K.
Thirteen recipients will each be awarded A$10,000 to foster their professional growth. This funding can be utilized for international or local development activities, including workshops, courses, and co-writing sessions.
An esteemed panel of over 50 industry experts meticulously selected this year's finalists from a pool of 61 talented songwriters and composers.
