Kashyap revealed he was self-conscious about the 20-year gap and initially attempted to distance himself from Shetty, fearing the impact of his age on their relationship as she remained youthful.

Their connection deepened through a shared love for books and films, with Kashyap describing their bond as a source of comfort.
