Anupam Kher wraps 'Yeh Prem Mol Liya' with heartfelt note

Anupam Kher has officially announced the completion of filming for "Yeh Prem Mol Liya," the anticipated romantic musical family drama from director Sooraj R. Barjatya. Kher shared his reflections on social media, highlighting his long-standing professional association with Barjatya, which spans over eight films since Kher's debut. He expressed deep gratitude for the experience, describing the film as "a film with heart, grace" that resonated with him from the initial narration.

The upcoming production stars Ayushmann Khurrana in the pivotal role of the iconic character 'Prem,' opposite Sharvari, in their first on-screen collaboration. Kher praised Barjatya's unique ability to consistently celebrate Indian family values and relationships within his cinematic works, noting the director's commitment to preserving traditional ethos while maintaining emotional honesty.

"Yeh Prem Mol Liya" is a Rajshri Productions venture, produced in association with Mahaveer Jain Films. The music for the film is being composed by Himesh Reshammiya, reuniting with Barjatya after their previous collaboration on "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" in 2015. The film is slated for a theatrical release on November 27, 2026.
