Anupam Kher, a renowned Bollywood actor, recently reminisced about a memorable meeting with the late Michael Jackson. The encounter occurred in Mumbai during Jackson's visit to India in 1996. Kher shared a photograph of the handshake on Instagram, recalling how the "fanboy" in him was completely captivated.

He described the experience as surreal, likening it to touching magic. Kher expressed that Michael Jackson was a phenomenon whose artistry, innocence, and genius touched millions, stating there would never be another like him. He referred to Jackson as the eighth wonder of the world.

Kher's reflections come on the day of the release of the Michael Jackson biopic, directed by Antoine Fuqua. The film chronicles the life of the American singer, from his early days with the Jackson 5 to his 1980s Bad tour.
