Ant McPartlin highlighted that the audience's primary goal is often to "get drunk and have a good time," making it hard to "wrangle" them while simultaneously presenting a show.
Furthermore, the presenters faced issues with artist interview schedules. Bands and artists who initially agreed to pre-show interviews would frequently change their minds shortly before going live, adding another layer of unpredictability to the event. This year's ceremony is set to be hosted by Jack Whitehall.
