When asked about her youthful appearance in a recent Harper's Bazaar interview, the Hollywood star credited her decision to stop drinking alcohol and her use of Shiseido products, for which she is a brand ambassador.

Fans had speculated about facelifts and other 'tweakments' due to her seemingly ageless looks, particularly after her red carpet appearances in late 2025. Hathaway previously expressed in a 2024 Vogue France interview that questions about surgery are 'extremely intimate.' She also noted in a 2010 interview that she avoids Botox to ensure her face reflects her personality.

Despite maintaining her stance against discussing procedures, Hathaway also opened up about her struggles with body image. She described experiencing 'What?' days, where her reflection didn't meet her expectations, particularly when packing an 'aspirational swimsuit' for a family trip. However, she found acceptance by reminding herself she is 43 and appreciating her body as it is.
