Actor Ankur Rathee is poised for a significant career moment as 2025 draws to a close, with two distinct projects premiering on different streaming platforms within days of each other. His first release will be the family-friendly comedy 'Single Papa' on Netflix, debuting globally on December 12. This role offers a lighter tone, contrasting with some of his previous dramatic performances.
Just a week later, on December 19, Rathee will be back as Arjun Nair for the fourth and final season of the International Emmy-nominated series 'Four More Shots Please!', available on Prime Video. This concluding chapter promises an emotional journey for viewers. Rathee also has a role in the upcoming fourth season of SonyLIV's 'Undekhi', expected in early 2026.
Reflecting on his career, Rathee shared a profound perspective on the unpredictable nature of acting. He spoke of a humbling year, attributing his success to a blend of hard work, divine grace, and surrender, a sentiment he reiterated with the Bhagavad Gita quote, 'Karmanye Vadhikaraste Ma Phaleshu Kadachana.' He expressed deep gratitude for the abundance of work, recognizing the blessing of being a working actor, especially with shows like 'Four More Shots Please!' and 'Undekhi' reaching a fourth season milestone.
