Animated K-Pop Sensation Huntr/x Makes Debut TV Performance

On October 8th, 2025, the singing voices behind the fictional K-pop group Huntr/x from the wildly popular Netflix animated film KPop Demon Hunters took the stage on The Tonight Show for their first-ever live performance. EJAE, Audrey Nuna, and Rei Ami, who lend their vocals to the characters Rumi, Mira, and Zoey respectively, wowed the audience with a vibrant rendition of their hit single "Golden."

The trio also joined host Jimmy Fallon for an interview, reflecting on the overwhelming success of the film and its soundtrack. "This movie has affected all us so much on an emotional level," Nuna told Fallon, recounting how she broke down in tears during the premiere over a simple animated scene of kimbap, a Korean rice roll.

Since its release, KPop Demon Hunters has become Netflix's most-watched animated film, while its soundtrack, featuring a high-energy score and K-pop tracks, has reached the top of the Billboard 200 chart. The lead single "Golden" has enjoyed an impressive eight-week run at number one on the Billboard Hot 100.
