Angelina Pivarnick confirmed her pregnancy on May 14, 2026, during an episode of Jersey Shore Family Reunion. The reality television personality took a pregnancy test, expressing shock at the natural conception.

Pivarnick's past marriage to Chris Larangeira, which spanned from 2019 to 2022, was fraught with difficulties. She previously disclosed intimacy problems and frequent arguments with Larangeira, stating in 2021 that their sex life was nonexistent and the spark was lost.

The couple faced significant disputes, leading to Larangeira moving out in June 2021. Pivarnick sought legal counsel after disagreements, and Larangeira also hired an attorney, resulting in a period of no communication. Pivarnick expressed feelings of betrayal and stress.

Despite an initial divorce filing in January 2021, which was later dismissed, the couple attempted to work through their issues. However, Chris Larangeira filed for divorce again in January 2022, and it was finalized in the same year. As of 2023, Pivarnick noted that Larangeira still sends gifts for her pets, affectionately referring to them as his animals.
