Gaurav Gupta's couture showcase in Mumbai on Thursday evening featured a star-studded attendance, with celebrities like Madhuri Dixit and Bobby Deol present. The highlight of the event was Ananya Panday's closing walk in a unique ivory bridal lehenga. This contemporary creation moved away from traditional red and gold, shimmering with intricate hand embroidery of crystals and sequins.

The lehenga's modern appeal was amplified by delicate crystal strings and a sheer veil. A notable detail was the sparkling diamond septum ring, which added an experimental edge to the bridal look, complementing an oversized maang tikka and statement rings. The beauty styling, featuring soft, undone hair and subtle silver eyeshadow, focused attention on the outfit.

Gupta's collection, "Light Song," presented at the Jio World Centre, delved into themes of infinity and transformation, with the runway design mirroring an infinity symbol. Over 4,000 hours of work by 150 artisans brought the intricate couture pieces to life. Panday's confident appearance underscored the collection's emphasis on subtle details for a memorable, unconventional bridal statement.
