On October 11, 2025, legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan will celebrate his 83rd birthday. This year, the celebrations will not be limited to a private gathering at home, as Bachchan will mark the occasion on the sets of Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 17, the quiz show he has been hosting for over two decades.

To make the day even more special, the show's team has planned a heartfelt surprise by inviting two guests who share a strong personal and professional connection with the actor: lyricist-screenwriter Javed Akhtar and filmmaker-actor Farhan Akhtar. The father-son duo was recently spotted arriving at the KBC set, with Farhan looking dapper in a grey suit and Javed Akhtar opting for a classic red kurta.

In a video shared on Instagram, Farhan expressed his warm wishes for Bachchan, saying, "We just want to wish him a happy birthday. May he always have good health and live a long life." This won't be the first time Big B celebrates his birthday on the Kaun Banega Crorepati stage, as he was previously surprised on set by his wife Jaya Bachchan and son Abhishek Bachchan when he turned 80 in 2022.
