Ambarish Bhattacharya has addressed speculation surrounding his absence from actor Rahul Banerjee's funeral and silent march. He explained that he was not in a suitable mental state to attend.

Bhattacharya revealed he had grown close to Banerjee and found the sudden loss deeply disturbing. He chose to remain silent and away from public gatherings to cope with his grief.

He has also decided to withdraw from two television shows he was working on. Bhattacharya stated that returning to the studio where he worked with Banerjee was emotionally challenging.

Furthermore, Bhattacharya is advocating for improved safety protocols in the entertainment industry. He believes structured guidelines are needed for both actors and technicians, noting that safety standards elsewhere are more advanced.
