Actress Amanda Seyfried has listed her historic Los Angeles residence for $3.2 million. Seyfried originally purchased the 2,700-square-foot, three-bedroom property in 2011 from her "Jennifer's Body" co-star, Adam Brody, for $1.85 million. This move signals a continued transition towards her primary home in upstate New York.
The 1916-built Los Angeles house sits on a 9,104-square-foot lot and features a swimming pool, spa, and wraparound porch, blending historic charm with modern amenities. It is currently listed with Justin Paul Huchel of Carolwood Estates.
Seyfried and her husband, Thomas Sadoski, relocated their primary residence to a farmhouse in upstate New York several years ago. This rural setting, Seyfried explained in a 2025 interview, helps manage her anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder. The New York property also serves as a sanctuary for rescued animals.
The actress previously sold a Manhattan condo for $3.25 million in 2022. Despite selling the Los Angeles home, Seyfried and Sadoski retain an apartment on New York City's Upper West Side.
