Tracey Ullman, Sam Spruell, Jerome Flynn Join Alien Series

FX's acclaimed series 'Alien: Earth' has welcomed new talent for its upcoming second season, with production now underway in London. Tracey Ullman, Sam Spruell, and Jerome Flynn are the latest to be announced as part of the expanding cast. Spruell's involvement marks a reunion with creator Noah Hawley, as the actor previously appeared in Hawley's 'Fargo' series.

These new additions will feature alongside a strong ensemble of returning actors from the first season. Notably, Peter Dinklage was also previously confirmed as a new cast member for season two. Specifics about the characters to be portrayed by Ullman, Spruell, and Flynn, as well as the overarching narrative for the second season, have not yet been revealed.

The first season of 'Alien: Earth' introduced a storyline centered on the research vessel USCSS Maginot crashing on Earth, bringing its terrifying inhabitants with it. The show is set in 2120, a future where corporations govern Earth and advanced beings like cyborgs and synthetics coexist with humans. The introduction of 'hybrids,' humanoid robots infused with human consciousness, promises further intrigue.
