Alia Bhatt Stuns in Corset Saree at Cannes Film Festival

Alia Bhatt presented a refined fashion narrative at the Cannes Film Festival, transitioning from high glamour to understated elegance. Her latest appearance at the Bharat Pavilion saw her unveiling the poster and creative vision for the 57th International Film Festival of India (IFFI).

For this significant occasion, Bhatt opted for an ivory corset saree. This ensemble featured intricate embroidery on a structured corset blouse and an unconventional drape, successfully merging traditional Indian aesthetics with contemporary global design.

The look was further enhanced by vintage-inspired accessories, including a parasol and delicate gold jewellery such as hathphools and statement earrings. A subtle bindi completed this fusion of styles.

Prior to this, Bhatt made a striking statement in a form-fitting gown by Tamara Ralph, distinguished by its plunging neckline. This modern silhouette was dramatically accented by a lavish necklace crafted from 168.27 carats of pink coral and a Golconda diamond, adding a touch of opulent vintage charm.
