Akshay Kumar's Advice to Husbands: "Just Listen to Your Wife"

In a recent appearance on a talk show, Bollywood stars Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan discussed the challenges and dynamics of marriage alongside their respective spouses, Twinkle Khanna and Kajol.

During the conversation, Akshay Kumar shared some valuable advice for husbands. He acknowledged that he and Twinkle are quite different, but emphasized the importance of being a good listener. "She is fire. I am water. She says whatever she wants to. I just keep myself calm and quiet. Just listen and try to understand what she's trying to say," Akshay said. He cheekily added, "Do whatever you want, but listen. I think every husband should be a good listener."

Saif Ali Khan then recalled a piece of wisdom passed down from his father, the late Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. "He told me, 'I just think about playing cricket or something during the argument.' I don't say anything," Saif shared, highlighting the value of staying composed and avoiding escalation during marital disagreements.

The conversation also touched on Saif's recent personal experience. He revealed that he was stabbed by a burglar who had entered his home, and he had to undergo surgery after the incident. Despite the traumatic event, Saif chose to walk and greet the media upon his return from the hospital, rather than using a wheelchair, in order to convey that he was recovering well and did not want to worry his fans unnecessarily.
