Akshay Kumar spills on Saif & Kareena's Tashan romance start

Akshay Kumar recounted a memorable incident from the 2008 film Tashan, shedding light on the beginnings of Saif Ali Khan's relationship with Kareena Kapoor. During an appearance on Kaun Banega Crorepati 18 to promote their film Haiwaan, Kumar humorously shared a story about spotting Saif leaving Kareena's room very early one morning.

Kumar, who woke up around 4:30 am during the Tashan shoot, saw Saif emerge from Kareena's adjacent room. When questioned, Saif humorously claimed they were going for an early morning jog, an excuse that amused both Kumar and host Amitabh Bachchan.

This interaction occurred as Saif confirmed to Bachchan that his romance with Kareena had indeed blossomed during the filming of Tashan in 2008. The couple later married in 2012 and have two sons. The KBC episode marked a reunion for actors Saif Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar with director Priyadarshan for their upcoming film Haiwaan.
