Devgn Cinex, the multiplex chain founded by Indian superstar Ajay Devgn, has inaugurated a new, advanced theatre in Ghaziabad. This launch is part of an aggressive expansion strategy that targets the addition of 100 new screens across India over the next two years. The Ghaziabad property is equipped with state-of-the-art projection and Dolby Atmos sound systems, complemented by plush recliner seating.

This expansion signifies a strong resurgence for theatrical entertainment in India, according to Devgn Cinex CEO Satish Kottakota. The brand, previously known as NY Cinemas, is focused on delivering premium and innovative cinematic experiences. Following the Ghaziabad opening, the next major launch is scheduled for Hiranandani The Walk in Thane, Maharashtra.

Ajay Devgn expressed his vision for Devgn Cinex to transform movie watching into an immersive, emotionally rich journey. The Ghaziabad cinema aims to provide the Delhi NCR region with a world-class entertainment venue, featuring a gourmet F&B menu alongside its advanced technical capabilities.
