As of November 16th, 2025, the Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh-starrer De De Pyaar De 2 has been enjoying a successful run at the box office. The film, which is a sequel to the 2019 hit, opened last week with a collection of ₹8.75 crore.
Over the weekend, the romantic comedy saw a strong 40% jump in its earnings, collecting ₹12.25 crore on Saturday. This has taken the total box office tally for the film to ₹21 crore so far. According to trade tracker Sacnilk, De De Pyaar De 2 recorded an overall Hindi occupancy of 20.53% on Saturday, with the night shows seeing a particularly impressive 36.50% occupancy.
Directed by Anshul Sharma and written by Luv Ranjan and Tarun Jain, the sequel brings back Ajay Devgn as Ashish Mehra, a 52-year-old London-based investor, and Rakul Preet Singh as his younger girlfriend Ayesha Khurana. The film also features R Madhavan as Ayesha's father, Rajji, who clashes with Ashish. After its theatrical run, De De Pyaar De 2 is expected to release on Netflix in January 2026.
