- AFM 2026 will be held at the Fairmont Century Plaza from Nov. 10-15.

- The 2025 edition sold out with 285 exhibitors from 35 countries.

The American Film Market (AFM) has confirmed its 2026 event will take place in Los Angeles from November 10-15, returning to the Fairmont Century Plaza. This decision follows a successful 2025 edition that solidified the Fairmont venue and nearby AMC Century City 15 as ideal settings for the market's extensive business operations. Organizers noted the location offers unparalleled access to the industry's full ecosystem, including production, financing, distribution, and creative leadership.
The AFM's relocation back to Los Angeles was met with industry-wide approval, especially after a poorly received 2024 event in Las Vegas. The market remains a crucial fixture on the industry calendar. Its 2025 edition saw a complete sell-out of exhibitor space, featuring 285 companies from 35 countries. Prominent international players, alongside leading U.S. entities, participated, with strong showings from South Korea, Germany, the UK, France, and Italy.
