Adam Rickitt's Music Comeback: New Deal, New Music!

Adam Rickitt, known for his role on Coronation Street, is set to release new music after signing a new record deal. He confirmed his return to the studio in a recent Instagram video shared with his wife, Katy Fawcett. This marks a significant comeback for the 47-year-old actor, whose initial music career in 1999 saw his debut single 'I Breathe Again' reach number five.

Rickitt expressed that while his previous music ventures were impacted by mental health struggles, he now aims to fully enjoy the experience, especially with his wife by his side. The couple, who have stepped away from the spotlight to run a craft beer and gin bar, have also recently fulfilled a dream by purchasing a holiday home in Sicily.

His past career includes acting stints on Coronation Street, Hollyoaks, and Shortland Street, alongside a brief foray into politics. In 2014, he also joined the supergroup 5th Story for the reality show 'The Big Reunion'. Rickitt has been open about his struggles with anxiety, depression, and an eating disorder, and has also been a victim of a significant bank fraud scam.
