"I lost 30 pounds so quick," Schumer noted. "I looked great and I couldn't lift my head off the pillow, so what's the point?" Schumer's comments suggest that the rapid weight loss came at a significant cost, leaving her unable to function normally.

Beyond her own experience, Schumer also called out other celebrities who have not been as forthcoming about using weight loss medications. "Everyone has been lying saying, 'Smaller portions,'" she told Andy Cohen during an appearance on "Watch What Happens Live" in June 2023. "Shut the f--k up. You are on Ozempic or one of those things, or you got work done. Just stop."

Schumer's candid remarks highlight the growing controversy around the use of weight loss drugs, particularly among public figures.
