In a recent TikTok video, a 27-year-old actress and model candidly discussed her past struggles with substance abuse and the lasting impact it has had on her health. The actress, who has been sober for six years, admitted that drug use had "ruined" her life.
Showing off a small hole in her septum, the actress explained that she has a "perforated septum" as a result of her past drug use. She noted that this causes a "really loud whistle" when she breathes through her nose, adding that it is "slightly different from a deviated septum." The actress emphasized that she did not recommend taking drugs, saying, "Don't do drugs, kids."
Turning serious, the make-up-free star said she was grateful to be sober and that she had "got a better life" since getting clean. She reflected on her journey, saying, "I didn't just get my life back. I got a better one." The actress also shared that she has been involved with the Friendly House rehabilitation program, which supports women healing from trauma, and was recently awarded their Shining Star Award for her work with the organization.
