Acclaimed Director Shin Sung-Hoon Dies at 40, Funeral Held Without Family

The South Korean film industry is mourning the unexpected loss of director Shin Sung-Hoon, who passed away in May 2025 at the age of 40. The news of his death, made public only months later, has deeply saddened his fans and colleagues.
