Abhishek Banerjee on Bachchan's Professionalism

Actor Abhishek Banerjee, celebrated for his roles in 'Stree' and 'Stolen,' recently offered insights into his interactions with Bollywood icons Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan.

Banerjee shared a memorable encounter with Amitabh Bachchan, where he instinctively attempted to touch the elder actor's feet as a sign of respect. However, Bachchan reportedly expressed his disapproval, indicating a preference for being treated as a professional peer rather than being placed on a pedestal. This gesture, according to Banerjee, stemmed from Bachchan's desire for everyone on set to feel like equals, fostering an environment where no one underperforms.

Highlighting Bachchan's remarkable professionalism, Banerjee remarked that the veteran actor's demeanor was unmatched by anyone he had worked with, young or old. He emphasized Bachchan's desire to be seen as a co-worker, devoid of ego.

Reflecting on meeting Shah Rukh Khan, Banerjee described him as incredibly cool, witty, and energetic. He expressed a desire to spend time with Khan purely for leisure, not just for work, underscoring the actor's captivating personality and vibrant life force.
