The transaction, registered on February 12, 2026, involved a property on the 40th and 41st floors of Tower 4 at the premium Planet Godrej residential complex. This luxury residence encompasses a carpet area of 2,249 sq ft and comes with three dedicated car parking spaces.

The sale underscores the desirability of Mahalaxmi as a prime micro-market for high-value properties. Abhishek Bachchan's venture into real estate also extends to a project in Gujarat's GIFT City, undertaken through a profit-sharing agreement with Anand Pandit.
