During a scene where Aamir's character was planting a seed, the corner of a sickle he was using pierced through his hand, causing it to bleed profusely. However, Aamir remained remarkably calm and composed, barely reacting to the injury. While someone attended to dressing his wound, Aamir stayed focused, running around to check camera angles, rehearse his lines, and continue directing the film.
