Aamir Khan Recalls Meeting Dharmendra: 'Scared Me!'

During a recent appearance on 'Kaun Banega Crorepati' Season 18, Aamir Khan reminisced about his first meeting with the late Bollywood icon Dharmendra. Khan, who was then working as an assistant director at Nasir Hussain's office, shared the surprising encounter. He described Dharmendra's hand as being "like a shovel," noting its immense size and rough texture, which he admitted initially frightened him. This recollection occurred while Khan was promoting 'Batwara 1947' alongside Sunny Deol and Preity Zinta.

Dharmendra, fondly remembered for his "He-Man" persona, passed away in Mumbai on November 24, 2025, at the age of 89. His illustrious career spanned over six decades, featuring roles in more than 300 films since his debut in 1960. Iconic films like 'Yaadon Ki Baaraat' and 'Sholay' remain testaments to his enduring legacy in Hindi cinema. Even in his later years, Dharmendra continued to captivate audiences, demonstrating his lasting appeal.
