Venkatesh Daggubati and Trivikram Srinivas' latest film, Aadarsha Kutumbam, has been released, marking their reunion after two decades. The Telugu family drama, hyped for the actor-director combination, opened to theaters on Friday after limited previews on Thursday night.
Advance ticket sales for Aadarsha Kutumbam reportedly started disappointingly earlier this year. Hopes are now pinned on positive word-of-mouth to boost its box office performance. Early audience reactions shared on social media indicate a divided reception.
Reviewers have offered varied opinions, with some commending the first half for its entertainment and a strong interval block. However, many have pointed out a weak and routine second half, with criticism extended to certain comedic elements and music. The film also stars Srinidhi Shetty, Nara Rohith, and Nivetha Pethuraj.
