A24 Films Invade Barnes & Noble Stores

Independent film studio A24 has embarked on a novel retail venture, teaming up with Barnes & Noble to launch the "A24 Shop Experience." This initiative places custom-designed, branded sections within nine prominent Barnes & Noble stores, bringing A24's distinctive storytelling to a physical retail environment. More locations are slated to open in 2026, signifying a significant expansion for the studio.

The curated spaces will showcase a variety of A24's popular items, including Blu-rays, vinyl records, exclusive merchandise, and collectibles. A major focus will be on A24's publishing arm, particularly its bestselling Screenplay Collection, which features original screenplays and behind-the-scenes content from acclaimed films. Shoppers can also discover other A24 publications, such as fashion books and cookbooks.

This partnership represents a unique activation for Barnes & Noble and a major step for A24's retail strategy. The first A24 Shop Experiences launched just before the holiday shopping season in key cities across the United States.
