3SIX9 Studios, launched two years ago, has revealed an extensive international project slate. This ambitious lineup includes the next film from Woody Allen, tentatively titled WASP (Woody Allen Spring Project 2026), which is set to film in Madrid this spring with an estimated $14 million budget. Arnaud Desplechin's new feature, 'The Thing That Hurts,' is also slated for a spring production, described as a Parisian psychodrama.
The company's slate is financially supported by the newly established Silver Screen Global fund, intended for long-term financing of 3SIX9 productions and select external projects. Among the studio's completed projects are the folklore-driven horror film 'The Punishing,' starring Cara Delevingne and John Boyega, and the Spanish-language romantic drama 'Todo lo Que Nunca Fuimos.'
