The first wave of performers for the 2026 Billboard Latin Music Awards has been unveiled, set to take place on October 22. Artists such as Carlos Rivera, Ozuna, Manuel Turizo, and Yahritza y Su Esencia are among the first confirmed performers for the prestigious event. Carmen Villalobos and Javier Poza are returning to host the gala.
Peso Pluma is the leading finalist with 17 nominations, including Artist of the Year and Regional Mexican Artist of the Year. He is closely followed by Tito Double P with 15 nominations and Fuerza Regida with 12. The awards will honor achievements across 47 categories and present honorary awards.
The 2026 Billboard Latin Music Awards will be broadcast live on Telemundo and Peacock on October 22 from Miami. The event coincides with Billboard Latin Music Week, scheduled for October 19-21 at the Faena Forum in Miami Beach, featuring numerous industry speakers and artists.
